I picked up my new 1754 Hybrid Hunt Deck last Sat and Kent nailed my design perfectly!!  I bought it through Muddy Waters Outdoors in La Crosse, WI.  I HIGHLY recommend that dealer to anyone in the MN, WI, IA area!!  Mark Strobel, Matt and Steve  were great to work with.  Each time I went there, they trailered their own personal GT rigs from home just to give me layout ideas and to see what options they really liked and what they would have done differently.

Kent was also awesome to work with!!  We had a long email chain and a couple phone calls to go over all the specs.  The layout and features were exactly what I wanted and I think it turned out great!   Kent has also been great with follow-up items too.

Here she is (waiting for the Sport H):

The 1754 is actually 18'8" with the hunt deck. Can't wait to get her on the water.

Great bunch of guys to work with!

When can you expect to have that sport H? I thought they were going to be late fall?

You ordered the Sport 44 H? Did you preorder? Do you know what order # you are? When will it be ready? I ordered one also and it seems the dates keep going back. They told me if I was under order #200 I would get it Aug - Sept. Over #200 it would be Oct. But noone can tell me what order # I am.

I ordered the the Sport H 35 32" drive in March. I do not know my order number. I wish I had more info on when it will actually be available, but I don't--only what they are posting on their website. They are still saying Oct. If it get's delayed much longer than that, everything will be frozen up here in MN and then I would wait till next spring (otherwise I'd be paying for something I couldn't use while eating into the warranty period). I think I'm going to put an old 25HP outboard on there so I can use it for the summer and Fall. Then I could turn around and sell it.

It's a bummer and I suppose I could try to switch to a Sport V, but I really want that Sport H. Let me know if you hear any more news. Boat Dr. could probably chime in with more info...

Yep, let me hunt em up and I'll get em posted. Open layout, no gun boxes, we prefer to hunt out of the water in most places we go so we just use it as a transport for goods, oh, and to tear shit up!

Nice boat man I picked mine up in late may got the same size but it not the hybrid , after looking at the layout of your I should have got that gas tank , I got mine wide open extended front deck and a driver pod set, When I picked it up it was alot bigger then I thought it would be , you gonna put hydro tuff in it , down here in florida you need it,it one hot mother f--ker down here right now.

Love the set up you got. I've been lurking on the forum for a while and I had thought that when I break down and get one, that is exactly what I would get. It's nice to see one in picture. I love it, great buy.

I have one of those on my Grizzly..... I was looking at the GT's at bass pro but I got such a good deal on my current boat I couldnt pass it. I really like the layout of yours though.

Awesome boat! I got mine about 2 months ago and really like it. I have Suzuki DF60 tiller on the back and it runs great. I went with the hunt deck, catwalks, extended deck, poling platform, ipilot 70lb thrust. The boat runs low to mid 30's in saltwater and a little less on the river. The boat is a tank and the most stable boat I have fished in that size. I went with the Magic Tilt trailer with break away tongue and it is awesome. The trailer is great and arguably way overbuilt like the boat.
