finally got her rigged with 90 hp yamaha.
b&b 19ft x 60 with v bow
23 in. sides with 6in catwalks
center console

she ran like a scalded dog at 38 knots with 20 gallons fuel. super stable and very happy with handling perforormance.

need some advice though. she was built with mud boat style trim tabs on each transom corner. the more i try to trim her up while underway the more bow is shoved downward. its almost like an opposite effect. any corrective thoughts on this would be appreciated. would cutting tabs off be my cure?
having trouble with pic post but can send pic to someone on here via i phone if they will post it.

are you talking about trimming the motor up or the tabs?

That dude builds a fine boat, sonbitch.

not sure how to help with the trim. heres a pic of the rear of my river boat. flat bottom small tabs in back, but i do not have the problem with the boat diving when i trim up

Try bending the tabs up.

i think i figured it out . had motor hung too low and cavitation plate was below bottom of transom. unbolted and raised motor to 3rd bolt hole and gonna try out today. anyone ever dealt with this on outboard?

Jackplate. It gives you setback and rise.
