Just got my new Phowler Extreme 1966 commercial hull without rear boxes. I also have a bow hatch. So far Got the motor on 2009 PD new prop. Boat planned in about 30 feet max. Motor has a few add ons. Carb, exhaust, and heads cleaned up and high rev coils. Managed to take out a few carp bowfishing. Boat ran great. It does slide some due to the bottom not having runners. Speeds were 26.4 and 26.7 consistent. These speeds were taken with 2 batteries 55 lb minn Kota hand control 13 gallon fuel and a few fishing poles and two bowfishing bows. Me 280 and my son 100. I will try to get some pics up soon. I would like to thank everyone for their imput on this site. It has made it easy for me to make up my mind on my boat. |
