Well it's been a work in progress but finally finished. Here is a boat combo me and Leo Hebert put together. Him an his son chase painted it and and sanded down the bottom and applied gator glide to the bottom. Boat: 2013 18x42 southfork single runner on bottom. Camo paint, split bench with dry storage on passenger side, riveted floor, 6 gallon gas tank, battery, and fuel pump. Gator glide on the bottom. 3' deck Motor: 2013 25GTR L with reverse plate, 27" shaft, Unpainted motor ( really like how the black motor looks on the tan frame). Deep water: 2 people ran a consistent 26mph slight chop with wind in our face Shallow water: 2 people ran 27mph in 6-8" water Deep water: 1 person ran a consistent 27mph same conditions Haven't ran it in the shallows with a solo person but guessing around 28mph Sent from my iPhone using |

18x42 is a good size, can put just about anything on one and perform well. |

Your right it's a universal hull between different mud motors. Thanks for the compliments this little hull is a performer and a lot of fun to drive. Going out in the morning with it. Can't wait, finally got me a kitchen pass lol Another friend had a 45 mag on the back of a 20x42 southfork and that boat will scream, runs 32 with 2 people and a consistent 30mph with 3 and a hunting load. Light hulls for the price but I wouldn't put them through nothing drastic, mud and veggies all day but jumping levees and logs not so much. Sent from my iPhone using |

take'em, that rig looks cool. i really like the look of the longer narrow boats. built out of .100 with that many braces that boat will be strong as hell even though they are cross. is south fork a company that builds jon boats |

Love the open floor plan and the light hull. All welds are nice but I like the idea of a good, lightweight hull. Congrats |

Can you order one straight from Southfork or do you have to go through a dealer? |

Not real sure but i'm sure it can be done, Leo went through a dealer with his boat here in the SETX area. |
