Just picked it up on Friday. Weather was finally decent and got to run it around a little 10 acre lake at the house. She handles like a dream. Got her up to 25 with 4 people and 33 with 2. This is my first mud motor and all I can say is that I am glad I didn't wait any longer to get one. The pics are from Chad's website. I was having too much fun to get my camera out today. Still got some things to add including light bar, trolling motor, and some lights under the catwalks. |

This is the first mud motor I have owned, but I have drove a 2010 PD 27 HP of a friend and the MB performed better. I know technology has come a ways since then and I got more power, but the MB handled well. Got on plane quick with good power from the start. I couldn't be more happy with the set up I went with. |

Nice looking boat! Bring it down to the Seminole poker run August 2nd. Is that kind of a trim tab at the bottom of the transom? |

You already have IM Heads and a Mikuni. Put a good flowing exhaust and that will probably be all you'll need. More air in, more air out. |

^^^this. With the mod already on that motor a exhaust is a must. I run a stage 3 and no problems, just keep up on my pm's on motor and outdrive. |

Good deal. I'm going with the game plan of treating it like I did my outboard with the exception of greasing. Told every 50 hours on grease, I personally check my oil every time. As for oil changes on these things, is it more based on how the oil is looking, time the motor has run or a couple times a year? With the money in this thing, I just don't want to be sitting at home after this thing goes bust after 100 hours and have to put a damn outboard on there in the middle of the season and have to go back to walking a mile to a hole. |

I don't think this thing will touch those speeds with a "real" load though. Had maybe a gallon of fuel left and only me (170#) and my younger brother (140#) and a empty Yeti for a chair. I hope I prove myself wrong though. It would be nice to keep up those speeds in season ![]() Is seminole not right on the FL/GA line? |
