Boat, 1436 alumacraft with two benches.
Motor- 12HP copperhead

I am writing this review, it is still early but with only two trip on the lake this is what i have noticed so far.

Day one, I wanted to test it out with a load first so I had my wife and two small children in the boat with me along with 3 gallons of fuel and a battery, plus the normal things you would find in a boat. it also has a casting deck on front half made of 2x4's and .5'' plywood.

The motor preformed very well, it was slow out of the hole, but reached speed up 24mph on the GPS, though the average speed was 21-22mph. with that load it also handled lillies and thick grass very well.

I had zero issues from the motor itself, started right up everytime, didn't sputter, or die.

I did find that it seemed to run faster at about 3/4 throttle vs full throttle, not sure why but trust me this was noticable, maybe in the powerband of the motor im unsure.

Day 2 was just my 3 year old daughter and myself, much of the same except that speeds reached was only 17mph. I couldn't get her to go to the front of the boat to distribute the load better for me though, she insisted on sitting on the back bench beside me but I think this caused the drop in speed. we went through lilly pads, matted grass, mud, and never had a single issue.

customer service with the company was also top notch, I kept josh on the phone for a long time asking him any thing and everything i could think of about their products, and he never once tried to rush me off or end the conversation until I was content. you just do not find that often these days.
