18/54 CC GTR 37EFI
MM Brand: Gator tail Horsepower: 37 Boat Brand: Gator tail Boat Size: 18/54 Boat Layout: CC square chine (non-xtreme hull) mod-v, 6'' catwalks and 12'' back deck. Speeds | Shallow Water: 30/31 Speeds | Deep Water: 29/30 Total Boat Load With Gear Etc: above speeds were tested with 1 person, 1 icechest with drinks. Conditions Tested In: Calm. Comments: Boat is inpressive....The layout, the way it runs...the reverse all very nice. Most impressive is the EFI. Runs like a sewing machine...I have right at 13hrs on it in 3 days and it has not sputtered once. That was in thick mud, and thick grass. Runs damn near like a Yamaha!! Ran with a load, 3 adults average 215/220lbs...60 crab nets (55gal drum full) 120QT ice chest, and 65qt yet full of ice/beer and drinks it ran 26mph in about 4/5' of water. So empty,,,29 is a good number, and loaded 25/26 is a good average. All speeds ran with 3 blade.

Re: 18/54 CC GTR 37EFI
Any more comments on that hybrid v rake? I'm still debating between the v-rake and the flat front for the few times I cross bigger water. Do you think it negatively affects performance at all?

Re: 18/54 CC GTR 37EFI
No on performance issues. It does however make for a little drier ride.
