I am getting a gator trax 4 man hide gen 2 and im not sure what motor to put on it. is the mud buddy black death 4400 the way to go? or the 37 efi? I Will have a pretty good load on the boat blind, guys, gear , dogs, ect. Thanks |

Reviews only in this section. Read the reviews to get some ideas and search the forum. If you still haven't found what is definitely in many threads on this forum, go post in the cyber mudfest or boats and blinds section. |

demo rides are free from all the major mudmotor dealers. demo whatever ones you are interested in and see what one fits you best. what works for me may not work for you!! |

My buddy has one, its a heavy beast! Has the 4400 black death, its freaking awesome! Handles well, great speeds, with heavy loads. We just haven't utilized it what its made for....a floating layout duck boat. Instead we normally run the river to sloughs and holes like any other mud motor...Maybe old habits die hard and we will eventually use it. Best. |
