2016 Gator Trax Marsh Series 1650
Mud Buddy 35HD Sport
145lb man, 200lb man
Spud pole kit
1 battery, 8 gallons of fuel
Cooler full of ice and drinks

Speed updates will come tomorrow maybe. Depends if I get some running room. Headed to a area with narrow ditches jumping beaver dams and opens up into some decent size ponds. Stay tuned for videos. BTW has anyone done this review yet?

I'm drooling over that boat. I bet that will draft shallow and hide nice! I'm sure that boy of yours will have many good hunting seasons ahead of him.

So far I love it!! That boy of mine loves it too, and the wife, so that's also a plus. This boat floats extremely shallow!! 26 mph with 2 adults and 8 gallons of gas, spud poles, cooler, and battery. Runs right with a 1754 excel Midwest edition with a 45 mag and mods. I jumped 3 beaver dams just fine in my rig. I recommend this boat.

What made you go with the 16 over the 14? Im highly considering the 14, will run with a longtail. do a lot of putting in timber. Is it pretty stable? love the looks and Idea of this boat. Nice rig!!!

Also, does it have flotation? This is the only review I have found on this boat. Glad you like it.

I was wanting the 14 until I decided to go bigger for my young boys. You can get flotation as a option. Just finished painting my rig, mats next and more lighting. Also installed my bps rapid r exhaust. Love it!!

That's a nice set up. I wouldn't mind having that boat with maybe a longtail for hunting the marsh around my neck of the woods!

Very nice. The boat dr has one, I believe he has the 14 version. He put heads on his power head and says it jumps out the hole.

I'm interested in getting the 14 somewhere in the future for the times when I hunt alone.

Do they offer the brush rail option? On my hide it makes a world of difference.

Is there room underneath the front deck for the battery? Or does it have to stay in the open like that? Looking for this as a potential future boat.

I just ordered a 14' with 35 HDR. Aqua turf from bow to stern. Trolling motor bracket, led spot lights / flood lights, quick set blind and a few other odds and ends. Should be a great boat for my local marsh. Can't wait to get it! Should be about 2 weeks away.
