Post Ron Hill Prop
OK, guys I really need to hear opinions on Ron Hill props. I was thinking an 8X4 or 7X5. It's going on a 13 hp motor and I'll be running in all different types of conditions, mostly duck hunting. I was debating between the Ron Hill and the Hopkins and noticed the Hill was a little cheaper. Would it really be worth the extra cash for the Hopkins? Thanks

How big are you thinking? I talked to the people at Hopkins and they recommended the 8X4.

I'm no FE, but I would go 9x5, my buddy has a 7" prop on a 13hp and it is slow.

I would go probably a 9x3. I have a 9x5 ron hill on my 16hp and it runs like a raped ape in open water. In shallow shit it kinda lags, but it still gets the job done.
