Ok I am going this weekend to buy a predator 420cc at harbor freight because they having a parking lot sale and the motors are $100 or more off...well the output shaft on the motor is 1" and my inner shaft for my longtail is 3/4"... How do I fix this?????? |

Get a u joint that is 1 inch on one side and 3/4 on the other. I'm sure they make something like that |

You can certainly get a u joint that works. You can buy the joint in three separate pieces. Small shaft end, big shaft end, and spider (center part) |

My bad guys! I read on another forum that I was going to have to put a clutch on it and cost around 400$. I didn't know you could mix yoke sizes on the u joints! |

Why is the predator 420cc 13 horses and the Duromax 420cc 16 horses? Is there a difference in the carb or exhaust? |

You cant mix yoke sizes, just what shaft the yoke is built to fit. They are all going to be 1000 series yokes just built to fit either a 3/4 or 1" shaft. |
