 Carrol Stream Engines I am thinking about one of the Carol Stream v-twin engines, 22 hp for a LT build. Seems like the price is right, and certainly less than Briggs or one of the other big names. I think I saw one on a build here some time ago. Anyone have any experience with this engine?

Re: Carrol Stream Engines I dont think you can still get the 22hp? I've looked at em for sometime and remember when they were less than what they are askin for the 20Hp left on their site.

Re: Carrol Stream Engines I emailed them yesterday about both the 20hp and the 22 hp and they said they were out of stock on both, and had no plans to get more. Looking for Plan B.....

Re: Carrol Stream Engines Thanks Power. I have been looking around on the innerwebs and the Carol Stream engines look a lot like the Lifans sold by Home Depot. Looks like for the price Home Depot gets, a couple a Benjamins more and I could get a Vanguard.

Re: Carrol Stream Engines Got a 13 hp electric start about a year ago. Runs awsome. Got about 15 mph on a 1436 jon boat. With one of those ebay kits
