What size bushing fits inside a 1.38" ID tube? :?:
This is what i'm looking at .

You may have to get one machined or bore out the tube I'd to accept a standard sized bushing.

Another option would be 1.049" ID but it has only a 0.13" Wall.
Is that too thin?

We use 1 1/4 OD pipe with a 6" Sleeve of pipe welded over the end, Bushing slides inside and seals follow... You will want at least 1/8" walls on the bushing... We go 1/4"...

The id of the tube is 1.38 inches Ive found bushings and seals with a 1 3/8" od.
1.38- 1.375= .002" That should work.
This is the bushing I found.
What do you think?
