I recently picked up a 24 HP Honda MudBuddy. My transom is right at 14.5" high. I took the boat out for a test ride at my place and it works great, except I would like to it more suited for my heigth which is 6'7". I was just curious if anyone has bent up a new handle for extra heigth or made up an extension? I was also thinking of possibly doing the fab work for welding a secondary handle on for me and leaving the original so the kids could run it easier? Just curious if anyone has done this? Thanks.

I don't know if Mud Buddy are able to offer you a custom made handle bar. I had the same problem with my new swomp 25 and Jake at Backwater is making me a higher handle bar by a template I sent to him.
The tubing is call DOM and can be bend with a regular tube bending machine, the problem is to find a supplier willing to sell it by the foot.
