Has anyone used the clp brand long tail mud motor?

checked out the website. Looks like a Thai style with aluminum prop. Plenty of reviews on here about the Thai motors. I'd wait to get an American made with SS prop (GD, MB, BW) and u-joint. Had to tow a guy in the other day with a mud skipper, said he had gone through 9 props this summer.

For real man don't waste your money on that motor. If you run stumps, sand, rocks, or anything but a perfectly clean soft Mud bottom it's going to fall apart quick. It may take a couple weeks, but you can definitely find a used GDLT for $1000-1300.
