 Rpms
I have a 2016 backwater 23hp swomplite lt. What rpms should i be at? 9x6 prop. Just me and load its 3910 rpms at 22mph, 2 ppl and load 3500rpms around 18mph. 1542 boat. Is this about right or should it be runnig 4k rpm?

if 3910 vs 4000 rpm's is keeping u up at night, go take a dump or get a haircut and then go run your boat, it might pickup the missing 90 rpm's. lol

That's normal, you'll not exceed that unless you change or adjust stock carb set up , that and open up your exhaust . Been there !!
