i just purchased a 1754 Beavertail with a 35 swomp ss. Ran it a couple days and with me and one other guy in the boat with all my decoys and gear I am running 17-18 and with three people today was only getting about 13-14. The motor is turning up to 3650 with a load on it and 3900 out of the water. Was just curious if this was normal performance for this setup or if there was anything to do to get a little more speed out of the boat with a different prop or tuning the motor up to run 4200 out of the water.just looking for a little feedback anything helps first mud motor and just trying to figure it all out.
