After taking it out and running for maybe 30 mins or so I'm seeing about 1/2 a teaspoon in leakage on the upper seal. Seems like it wasn't doing this 25 hrs ago. Just noticed it. How long can I run it like this? Also, this is a 2000 year model. I think I am pumping enough grease (I know the manual says 3/4 full) |

I've let the top go a while, it just makes a mess. I'll change the bottom seals quick if any grease is getting past though. |

On that top sealed bearing that pukes,,, its usally from pumping on that top zert. 1 pump up there once in a while = cool. If you pump more than a few squirts it pushes the seal out of the bearing from pressure buildup between the upper shaft seal and the sealed bearing. I see this over and over. This is assuming you have the newer style roller bearing on it |
