Looking to buy one of these 3 kits for my 1240 Lowe johnboat in a 6.5 hp kit. Leaning towards the ppf , looks like a solid light weight kit. I have a swamp runner currently. Not a huge fan of it to long of a shaft hard to turn and super heavy. Any advice or recommendations are welcome and would love to hear from the guys who have owned the ppf . Also looking to buy so if anyone has one they are looking to sell pm me please. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Curious if you've adjusted where the motor/kit sits on the main plate? That made a huge difference on my buddy's small and large swamp runner kits. With that said, I know absolutely nothing about PPF, but Backwater makes a very nice kit and are awesome to deal with. |

You might want to talk to backwater, They have a new lighter small frame. Maybe lighter than a PPF. Give Jake a call.. |

Talked to Jake this morning and he confirmed that they were coming out with a new lighter kit with all the great features blackwater offer. It’s coming out soon. Hopefully in a couple weeks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I always wanted an air boat but the maintenance is ridiculous on them. Had a buddy who owned one and we were always working on that thing |
