I was able to get out to do some spring time beaver trapping! After dropping the kids off at school I drive out of town, over the mountains still covered with snow to a remote river choked with beaver. Unfortunately, my trip was cut short by a rookie mistake. Curious what handgun you packing--not long ago it seemed all Alaskans carried .44's but some now switching to 10mms? |

Glock model 20, 10mm. 44 is a good gun, if I had a 4 inch model I’d carry it. Sometimes I carry a 357. |
