 Unusual Sound on PD.
So I replaced my clutch today on my 09 PD. Which in itself was simple enough. Once I put it all back together I started the motor and engaged the clutch. Once I engaded the clutch I heard a unusual rattling/knocking noise. It seemed to be coming from my clutch or spline coupler. So I separated the lower end from the upper and engaged the clutch. It seemed that the spline coupler isn't machined correctly. My question is has anyone had any problems with spline couplers or any issue that sounds like something you had and solved it. Thanks guys.

 Re: Unusual Sound on PD.
The beveled part is up against the motor. It's sitting flush against the clutch.
