We would like to invite to you to participate in the 5th Annual - Take your Family Fishing Freshwater Tournament on April 30, 2016 at the Lake Fausse Point State Park.


This event is an amature tournament that includes awards, fun and prizes for all ages! Bring your family and get them "hooked" on some quality family time while teaching them to fish!

This event in the past has been a successful fundraiser for the youths of this organization. These funds provide our youths with materials and ammunition for preparation and participation in various local, state and national competitions. Our goal this year is to participate in NRA International Youth Hunter Education Challenge in Mansfield, PA on July 25 – July 30 2016.


At the NRA International Youth Hunter Education Challenge the youths will be able to enhance their knowledge of hunter education and marksmanship skills. YHEC clubs from around the United States and Canada will be attending, which is a excellent chance to meet youths from different backgrounds that share their interest. The activities will help this group of young men to develop friendships and skills that will stay with them and enhance their ability to deal with future hunting and survival situations, ensuring a safer future in outdoor activities for everyone.


The Fishing Tournament that we are currently organizing is a fundraiser for local youths to help defray expenses of travel and lodging expected to incur for these young men during the week long competition.



We would like to request that if you have prior engagements on the date of our tournament and cannot participate, perhaps you can help us with donations of products, gift certificates and/or services for a silent auction or Door prizes for our participants, our goal is to have over 200 participants ranging from toddlers through adults. In appreciation of your door prize donation, your company’s name will be recognized at the awards ceremony.



We also have Event sponsors available for $250. With an Event Sponsorship, your company’s name will appear on all awards, a sign with your company’s name will be placed at the boat launch and/or concessions area and on the event board at Registration and Awards areas with special recognition at the Awards Ceremony to be noticed by hundreds of local Anglers.
