 Custom Boat Builders
Didn't have any luck in the boat forum so going to try over here. Think I am going to go the custom route. Will be looking for something in the 16' 48'' to 18' 54'' range and will be putting a 37 EFI GTR on it. Looking for recommendations from personal experience on builders. Pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 Re: Custom Boat Builders
There are a lot to choose from. Where are you at? Do you mind having it shipped?

I don't mind having it shipped.. Would rather it be close if I had an option though. I just moved to the Central La area.

 Custom Boat Builders
Go over to the complete rigs for sale and start checking them out. Gives you a solid idea.
I bought a brother breaux. I like WC and was about to pull the trigger on that one first but fell into this one
And you have a lot in your area to chose from. If it were me I'd go look at them a lot are within two hours are from you
Go there talk to them and check them out.
I'd stay away from the assembly line boats but that just me

 Re: Custom Boat Builders
River,
I just bought and built my first boat custom. I would recommend it. If you're going to spend the kind of money I'd make it just the way you want it. I went with Prodigy and really enjoy the boat. Had a few snags but all got worked out.

 Re: Custom Boat Builders
I went with a WC Custom Boat and trailer. Pete did a great job on it all. I went with a 20x54 and really beefed up. I had a picture in my mind and he put it on the trailer. I agree with Fool, look at different boats and get what you want. Pete and others on here will build whatever you want within reason. Do plenty of homework before you even go to see the builders. Good luck.
