turbo does that pertain to hunting too? I know in texas navigable waters is different for hunting and fishing. I noticed yours just says for fishing and doesn't mention hunting?

in texas you can fish any water that has a public boat ramp and long as you stay in your boat you can fish anywhere that water goes but you cannot hunt on private land no matter what. I almost got my ass in bind over it because the law changed. your not supposed to even to take a gun on properly posted private land no matter where the water goes.
