I will be the first to say, there are good black people, and bad white people. My own dad is the biggest system riding, thieving POS you've ever seen, and I've known black men that would give me the shirt off their back.


In a nutshell, the majority of the black population is very uneducated, but more importantly, pass their bad ethics onto their children. They feed their own stereotype, and it will be a long time, if ever, that they evolve enough mentally and ethically to rid themselves of their self-inflicted situation. They are going to have to work very hard to cleanse themselves of the problems they have, and until they do, unfortunately, we are stuck with them as they are.

Dguidry, the income levels are a direct reflection of the situation as a whole, and a stagnant argument as to why they do what they do. They are poor, so they do wrong. They do wrong, so they are poor.

Seriously....I do not think we (blacks and whites) are equal. In fact...we are not! For hurricanne Rita me and my family lost EVERYTHING we owned. Everything but the vehicles. I did not receive nor did I apply for a single cent from the federal govt. in the form of FEMA grants...road home funds...red cross moneys...etc. NOT A SINGLE CENT! Even though i was entitled to thousands of dollars...I chose not to recieve it. Why? Because thats just not me. I grew up the child of a commercial fisherman....a job that is probably the hardest and least rewarding of any other. I watched my parents struggle my entire childhood...but we always made do with what we had. My parents NEVER recieved govt. assistance of any kind...and I'll be damned if I recieve it! Had my mother ever recieved a food stamp my dad woulda beat her like a runaway slave....and today i would do the same. I can sit here and type to you that I have worked for everything I have....never recieved help from anyone...for anything. My story is also the story of most other hard working americans. Blacks on the other hand have been taught and bred to live off of people like me. This is how they live...how they make their living and how they retire...they live their ENTIRE lives leaching...never doing anything for themselves. Almost all black people live this way and have lived this way for quite some time. We are currently on the 3rd. generation of welfare recipients and I don't see an early end in sight! With this being said...im perfectly aware that our nation has some white trash also. I also understand that not ALL blacks fall under this category...but most do. I don't think we need to get into the criminal aspect of this as i'm sure your being an attorney can easily identify what I'm typing about. Remember....Laziness causes poverty...and poverty causes crime....and most blacks or lazy criminals!

So...are we equal? Fuc no!

We know the answer. Dismantle the present day government and start new. That will never happen. Politics corrupts the mind. So lets make everyone earn their keep. If your on the government dole collecting welfair then you are now a government employee. The tax payer, as your employer expects you to work hard for your money like everyone else. Clean up the neighborhood streets and parks to earn your check. The more you work the bigger your check. And I would even extend that to those getting unemployment checks. Yes it is tragic you lost a job. Yes you need some temporary assistance. But just like your private employer required you to actually work, we as the tax payers who have now become your new employer, we expect you to earn your check too......... Cutting out the free rides for everyone except the certified disabled should be top priority. If you could show the country that they were getting something back in return for the assistance being given I think you could pass a competent healthcare and WORKFAIR plan that most could except. All we see now is the government wanting us to pay for another handout program.

I go to work every day, and pay taxes on what I make. I hate the fact that a portion of the money I make goes to handouts for people who are too lazy to work, no matter what color their skin is. Many parts of our welfare system go against the law of natural selection... If you're too lazy to get off your ass and make money to feed yourself and your offspring, well then maybe you need to go hungry for a while. And it's no big surprise to me that race plays a part in this debate. The numbers don't lie... Who fills our jails? Who commits more crimes? Who applies for more financial aid than the rest of us combined? Pretty sure we all know the answer to that!

And playing the slavery card is the biggest load of crap ever? Ever seen a Jew on welfare? Bet not.... and in case you forgot your Sunday school lessons, the Jews have been in and out of slavery since biblical times. Makes a couple hundred years pale in comparison, huh?

Obamacare is stupid. The government can not force anyone to buy anything. You want healthcare, go get a damn job and pay for it like I do.

The problem with this country is that everyone wants shit for free without having do any work. No one has a drive to do whats right for them and their family. They think the government owes them something and should help. Fuck them!

Nothing wrong with segregation. If the house and senate can segregate by sitting on different sides of the aisle, piss and moan about what they believe then why cant lil white kids or black kids (no discrimination) hang out and go to school wit they own kind.... Its good enough for the government why not the people.... Its because we have a do as i say not as i do government....

I ama texan and ill be god dammed if ill be ruled from washington dc. I have health insurance because I work to pay for it. It is expensive but we budget for it. I bought a house that cost half of what I was approved for because I have a budget and couldn't afford the 250 grand house and still pay for insurance car notes house note etc... but I could have .....it all depends on what's important to you ..... plus the way healthcare is set up its like prepaid medical....kinda like prepaid legal services......if I could buy health care for only serious accidents or illness I would and.it would be cheaper....u can thank that fat dead guy kennedy for setting up the whole hmo ppo health care system. Caused us to have this whole health care crisis. And to everyone talkingabout equality....no one is equal. ...I work harder than my competitors and I make more money....

dguidry, let me put it to you his way. Poor blacks, white hispanics are poor because they allow themselves to be that way. Can't find a job? BS, there are plenty openings here. Is it a cush job with tons of benefits and 6 figure salary? No, but what makes someone think that, that is what they should get for a job?

Also, the blacks themselves are the ones that keep themselves under discrimination. Why 2 ethnic titles? First off, if you are born in America, then you are American. The only way to have citizenship in Africa and Amamerica is to have dual citizenship. There are plenty tha call themselves AA, but NEVER EVER step foot on the grounds of Africa. Who gave these people this title and hwy? To get FREE entitlements. So what would you call someone that lives in America that has family in South Africa? AA right? But guess what, this guy is a WHITE South African. Bet you he don't get that title. Although he should.

Racism will not go away until the titles are taken away. Blacks will continue to stay as they are until they start taking pride in being AMERICAN, and leaving the past what it is. The PAST. Nothing will change until they start teaching the coming generations differently.
My wife's a school teacher and she always hears "my momma told me to act dumb and fail so she can keep getting her check". Something to teach your kid right? You see, they keep teaching this to their young. So how can you fight that? They are raised and taught to live off the system. Why is it that a black kid has $100 Nike shoes, mom drives an Escalade, and they have a nice house. But yet, the kid is on free lunch, mom whips out food stamps at the market, and she gets a check for her kid playing dumb?
You see it's all the color for the Gov't. All the gov't is doing, is buying minorities. They need the votes. They, the Gov't is what is causing racism and discrimination. Not the people.

So, cmiller, you would agree that whites and blacks are equal in every way. It's just that how they refer to themselves is the problem. So if we changed that you would welcome all races of people to your home for dinner?
