 Zero turn mower advice
My dad had the z950 I believe and it was awesome. Was a little bit excessive for size of the yard, but that's just how my dad goes when it comes to buying lawn equipment. Loved mowing on that mower. Fast, smooth, clean cut and so fourth. That was a few years ago and he used it just to cut our acre yard for about 7 years. Not every day use, weekend warrior. This is a ford Chevy discussion. You get something other than a cub cadet from big box store and your going to have a good machine.

 Re: Zero turn mower advice
I read through here and am really surprised no one has mentioned Bad Boy mowers. I've had mine two years this weekend, and have around 90 hours on it. No problems. I've only replaced the blades.
I felt like I was getting the most for my dollar with the Bad Boy. Heavy duty fabricated deck. The frame is super solid as well. I have a 60'' ZT Elite model that I paid about 5350 out the door from Louis Yazoo in Beaumont, Texas.
