Just think how MMT would be better off if this would of happened to some of your parents. Only a few of us would be here on MMT. And you know who you are, no need to come and admit it.


A U.K. judge has banned a man with a low IQ from having sex after his local council claimed his "vigorous sex drive" was inappropriate behavior.

The 41-year-old man, known as Alan, has an IQ of 48 and a moderate learning disability, and was living with a woman and having sex with her.

A local decided Alan didn't know what he was doing and that it wasn't appropriate because Alan doesn't have the mental capacity to understand the health risks and should not have sex anyone.

The judge called the case "legally, intellectually and morally" complex.

MSNBC reports that in Britain, the Court of Protection can make decisions for people deemed to lack the intelligence to make them themselves. These people can be ordered to undergo surgery, have abortions, be forced to use contraception — even have life support switched off.

The problem with that is...the people who are in the position to make those decisions (government) also fall into that category. Besides do you really trust the government?
