Its tough at first but I guarantee you it will get better and its great to be tobacco free. I dipped from 15 yrs old to 38 yrs old and glad I stopped. |

I stopped smokin in 99 -- I started when I was 13 -- its hard I aint gonna lie - but Im tellin ya -- that patch make it all better |

tried the patch but it makes my arm swell and itch where the pad is. tried the chantix too and it worked but it made me feel weird. had crazy dreams and i felt like i was going crazy. got kinda withdrawn and didnt want to speak to anybody..........had to get off of it. it did the same to my buddies dad. im anti-social as it is i dont need something else adding to it. i know it'll be tough but i have to do it...........for 2 reasons........ |

I would keep a hard copy of that picture on you at all times, whenever you think you need that smoke more than you need to quit, pull that picture out and take a good long look at it. |

I second that motion I did the same thing my wife and I both quit the day she found out she was pregnant and we stuck to it cold turkey. I am guilty of taking a dip to ease the craving if I get it but a can will last me a week of more |

I was like Brad. I quit several years back. A couple months ago I smoked one and now I'm back at like I never stopped. That was the dumbest thing I've ever done. So I'm fixing to put them back down. So what I'm trying to say is once you stop NEVER pic one up. |
