well i finally got a mudmotor and all i got to say is wow i like being able to go just about any where but figuring out how to driving it is going to be a whole different story . Its a 36pd 1748 southern duck boat but to cut to the chase on open water it seem like the bottom was sliding out from under me and trying to stand up and drive was hard to and its a square chine and slick bottom this is my FIRST MUD BOAT AND MOTOR but any help would be great !!!!

I'm guessing you were a LITTLE EXCITED out on that first run....

LOL

Your gonna love being able to get to new spots - there is a little bit
of a "learning curve" driving these slick bottomed rascals - letting off
the hammer really helps them start a turn and they slide more in shallower
water - just watch you speed till you get the feel of it.... Drop some throttle
at the start your turn then ease back onto the gas to power thru the rest of
the turn...

You need some Periods, and commas, and exclamation marks, and whatnot.
