The graph is hard to read, it shows that you live in an area where 21.7-36 percent of the population either never reached or never graduated high school. I would provide a link to the original publication but you wouldn't understand it anyway, I figured if nothing else you would like the pretty colors. |

Tough crowd on this thread, usually all argumentative nature is based around who is a bigger homo. Also, that map didn't say how many African Americans live around your area. It shows educational rates across a region. Like it or not all of those African Americans are southerners too.
