Every thing about that video sucked,...after he put the transom saver on the motor was still loose and bouncing. It would take u 10 min just to secure the motor. |

I wish pro drive would put a transom saver out on the market. But if it looked like that I wouldn't buy it. It is connecting too low on the motor to transfer weight to the trailer and in fact is putting more stress on the skeg (also the thinnest metal on Lu). As for strapping to trailer if boat is strapped to trailer it shouldn't be an issue. Did you notice side to side motion when he shook it at the end? And lastly the trailering lock is part of motor frame. If it is like my old mer it is Just an extra pin that takes some weight off the trim not the transom. |

If a transom can have a pro drive on the back and have that hitting stumps and bouncing up amd down i dont think this boat needs a transom saver! |
