 Jeep lifts?
Hey fellers, I've got a 2009 Jeep JK (4door) and i'm wanting to put a lift on it. Nothing crazy, say 2.5" or maybe a leveling (they have a downward rake). It's my daily driver, so i want it to still ride relatively good. Any comments (like there's been a lack of comments on this board). Probably will be switching out to more aggresive tread and bigger--33's. Thanks, i'll hang up and listen to your comments. Woody

 Re: Jeep lifts?
^^^^^x2 you can do up to 3" or 3.5" with just the spacers.

 Re: Jeep lifts?
Ive installed just spacers on quite a few customers jeeps in my shop and the ride stiffness is the same the only thing the steering is affected a little being the trac bar and centerlink are put at a different angle..2.5" is the most i recommend with spacers and shocks after that i would go with a full kit.

 Re: Jeep lifts?
3.5 rough country. Ride is great and cost effective for quality. Have done a few for JK customers. All have been happy. Also re adjusts the tracbar and steering. Also spring for the dual stab if you are going to do 12.5 or wider tires. Btw I do a jeep a week at my shop right now, and the most common is the 2.5 because of cost of kit. My .02

 Re: Jeep lifts?
Any small spacer lift will be in the category you are looking for. Definitely get some good shocks. The "white" shocks will last for while but they really wont last long. Some good Fox or Bilstein shocks is what I would recommend.

 Re: Jeep lifts?
Just did the 3.5 kit this weekend, and ride quality is better than stock.
