Picked up 10lbs with corn and potatos tonight for supper and damn they were hard. Think im gonna have a blister on my thumb. What causes em to be so hard? Size sucked too. |

You must have got pond crawfish, I know the ones coming from the swamp are still soft. |

Water temp plays a big part. Thats why the pond bugs get hard first. |
