I was not famerlier with the Yamaha Enduro so I put the Google to it. I found the 3 cyclynder 30hp 2 stroke !! I didn't thank thay still manufactored them. I wants one .... bad !!! That had to be the hottest of all short shank engines. |

Is the Enduro the same one thay use to call the Commercial ?? I gots a partna that gots the 3 cylinder 30 that runs down the river like a big engine. It's called the Commericial. I was gonna put the purchase on one back 'bout '99 but Mercury had the electric start bigfoot 30 that I waisted mines money on. |

da 60 & 75 Enduro was called commercial engines... dey had a big lower unit and turned a big ass wheel.... carried a load well and had a powerful reverse. Da 60 was favored by da crawfisherman over da 75 because of da way da L/U was built.... it's got a dog that rotates like da old 50 Mariners instead of dat up & down slidin crap like dey build 'em all today. Don't know about no 30's though.... |

Stump, when the tide is really running at the weir's use those net's like a trawl in the current, we bait um with a chicken hip and tie um to the grating and seems to catch the larger one's. May need to weight one side when its really pouring out, but they dont need to be at the bottom. |
