Ok I see now. If an individual did the NFA trust that I see all these people getting to make the silencer application easier, then would they be able to possess the FA? Or does that only allow you to obtain the silencer? |

Post subject: | Re: Keep your friends close........... |
Trust is easier as in not needing sheriff or prosecuting attorney to sign every time and have to get finger printed! But u have to have a lawyer draw it up for u! Still have to wait the same amount of time! But no having a trust does not make that legal That is not legal in the United States! Nothing made after may 1986 in full auto can be owned by public. There is only 100000 machine guns in America public can own |

So you can only own a FA built before 1986? Or can you have a non transferable one built still? |

Or a licensed dealer? What does it take to set that up and how often do you have to renew the license? Do you have to turn over firearms if your license expires? |

It ain't that important to read all that shit. I'd prefer yall just answer my questions for me. ![]() I thought you could get a non-transferable or build a non-transferable FA, but I've never looked into it. No loopholes? Like getting a license to sell them? |

I thought I recognized that table. Picked up many of my toys from him. Didn't read the whole thread, but Bigrich is correct, you have to be an 02/07FFL to be able to have dealer samples and other "cool shit" made after mid 1986 (which real G18's are). If it was made before then, and you have the money, you can legally buy it, so long as you don't have a problem buying a regular title 1 firearm. |

No I didn't shoot it. He said it was very hard to control, and the semi auto function was very unreliable with the select fire parts installed. It jammed every two or three rounds when in semi, but flawless in FA. |
