I know this guy. He states his real name in his signature, he hunts down there. Sounds like a war about to happen. I don't know if he owns land down there or not.

First off, I dont care if you claim it to be your pond or not, I think its public, and im going to ride through it and even hunt it. Also, Brady, I would love for you to even TRY firing a shot at my hydroflat.. It'll be the last thing you do! Now.. Come eat my lunch..

if I can get to any water from public navigable water even it its 100% private property on both sides or in a refugee there is nothing anyone's happy ass can do to keep anyone off it. Now if someone is hunting within 300 yards of a homestead thatst a different case. So unless you've got a lived in house on this pond or someone is launching a boat onto a pond that can't be accessed by means of any other way ;then you (crazybrady) can't do anything but blow steam out your ear. By the way. Deadly threats get you nowhere

All that you have to do to keep them off is put posted signs if it is in fact your property...

You catch em on it, take a pic of boat numbers and ask them to leave! If they leave and dont come back no problem....If they come back, send them a certified letter warning them that they were willfully tresspassing. If you catch them for a third time, you have to go in front of a judge for him to decide if they were willfully tresspassing.

Its my understanding, that a judge can and will charge them with criminal tresspassing! Which is a felony...

Usually, unless behind a gate they will usually not mess with you running through bayous...

I see a lot of what I think would be considered legal navigable waterway identified on that map as lease sections that legally, a person cannot do a thing about. Not sure where Crazy is saying people are driving through his pond on this map...but obviously, lilcajun knows.

There is no public land around baptiste it is all owned by someone!! Plaquemine parish owns property in the area but there is def alot more private owners. Word is the parish will begin enforcining a no motorized boat rule on any of there property this season. Last year and so far this year has been absoluty ridiculous eith the mudboats. Change is a coming for baptiste.
