To remove the thread from the SETX forum. I don't think it was working out as the starter had planned. To start with an untruthful account to talking about another members wife. Maybe the administration should reconsider his usefulness to this site. True colors always shine bright. |

The thread was removed because family was brought into it. Simple as that. We all give each other shit here on MMT because most know each other and everyone knows it's all in good fun but we absolutely do not tolerate bringing family members into it. Everyone on MMT has their own opinions about things like mudmotors, politics etc. I've spent time with Dean on a few occasions and never once has he mentioned his political views. He is entitled to his views just like everyone else has that same right. I can't stand obama and think he's running our great country into the ground, but that's my view. Dean supporting obama doesn't bother me. Personally I think he's supporting a failure of a president but that doesn't make me dislike him (maybe think he has a screw loose or something). To each his own. I also think it's retarded for someone at a mudrun to want to fight someone because they support obama. The question you have to ask is beating someone up gonna somehow get obama out of office? By saying all this I'm not defending Dean (even though it does sound that way), he was wrong to bring family into this and he has to understand that most all the folks on MMT can't stand obama and they have their right to voice their opinion as well. Let's all take a break here and get back to the discussions on how fun the mud run was and how hard everyone worked to make it what it was, not bitching about things. We all had a great time and the last thing we want is the organizers to want to call it a day and cancel future rides because of all the bullshit. |

I think it would be ridiculous for anyone to go to a mud run and get in a fight over stupid shit like what was posted. He drove away from the situation, which was the right thing to do. He would have came up on the shity end of the stick. It was over at that point, but he came on here and stirred a bunch of crap up, every bit of what happened was his fault |
