I need a jambalaya pot and burner set up. Not a ridiculously big one really, just something medium sized. Where is the best place to go look at them in Lafayette area?

For the record, I think Shane Martinez (Krazy Kajun Cookware) makes the nicest, best cooking jambalaya setups right now. His round bottom pots are the perfect shape. Especially the mid sized ones. Look em up, Crews.

I have a 20 gallon pot. Just FYI, make sure if you can, get an enclosed burner! You will burn about 50% less propane.

I cook more Jambalayas on the stove than anywhere else so I like a flat bottom like this 9 quart. I can feed 12-15 people out of it and a few more if there are some appetizers or sides to go with
