They came in two weeks after the start of deer season, laid a pipeline along the main road and now its only passible by 4 wheeler when it rains. Its timber company land we lease but now the roads are jacked up. Anyone come across this and if so did the oil company repair the roads to set the drilling rig??

Jim i work for oil companies and yes they will have to set the road and lay gravel if they are bringing a rig in...however if it is just a pipeline it could be months before the dozer gets down there and smooths stuff out. and now with the price of oil falling it may even be longer....companies are laying off by the hr!

Call up the Operator and ask for them to come fix ya up. Oil price doesn't change a damn thing when it comes to taking care of your landowners.
