finally got a little free time to build the front bumper for my truck. its a 2 piece bumper. winch mount bolts to the truck and the bumper will bolt to the truck and the winch mount. the mount is 1/2" and the rest is 3/16 |

NO!! i tell you what if i never have to build another one it wont hurt my feelings. its a pain to do with all the angles and this one didnt have that many. ill give you some pointers tho

here you go dixie, this is what i have so far. im still gonna inset the shackle mounts to tie into winch mount so it will never pull on the bumper itself. soon as its all done it will be off to get powdercoated. |
