Had a couple call me from out of state wanting to rent a little house I have on my lake, they love the town and want to move here. To shorting it up they pleaded with me not to rent it, they loved it and would wire me the money just needed more info bla bla bla. They disappeared for three days so I started to show the place. They then called saying they broke their phone and please please please rent to them and need my account number to wire the money. I gave them it and they went MIA again. I lost two tenants in the process. Both were very cool and I would have rented to them but I had promised. I guess it was some kind of joke to them, I don't know what's wrong with people! :lol maybe we should go easy on them. They have to wake up and be them tomorrow. They just azzholes! I put up the number so nobody else gets stung. Good news is I just rented the place to a realy cool young couple with a 1 year old. They really needed a place that was affordable and love to fish. Things happen for a reason.
