Any of you guys live close to here? I'll b working there most of the summer and was looking for things to do. Will also be looking for a place to stay if anyone has rental property.

I'm about 1.5 hours away. Plan on going fishing with me.

I lived in Robinson for about five years. If you like fields of corn, wheat and soybean....you'll be in heaven!

Outside of the Marathon plant and the Hershey Chocolate factory, not much there. GREAT people, though. There should be plenty of rental property up there. Everything from one bedroom dumps to nice houses. Terre Haute is about 40-45 minutes away. It's the closest place to go for more things to do.

Oh...and if you have family and kids with you, the city park has a nice pool and putt putt golf. But, the best kept secret in the Midwest is Holiday World/Splashin' Safari in Santa Claus, IN....about 2 hours away, just east of Vincennes, IN....which is about 40 minutes south of Robinson.

Eat Monical's Pizza. Breakfast pizza is the fashizzle. Go to Flat Rock and eat at the Maxwell House Cafe...be sure to get a slice of pie from there....if Gary is still making them. Bobe's in Sullivan for baked spaghetti.

Catch every county fair you can for the demolition derbies....they're a hoot!

Holiday World is thirty minutes from my home.

Blueshamu your right. I had a hook up that I could get free tickets for my kids. They would go quite a bit when they were in high school and college. Its really a super nice place and absolutely spotless. They got a new ride this year that is calling my name.
I would highly recommend Holiday World for family time and fun.
