If its on a WMA it won't matter what you do , or how early you get there the FIRST day. Because if your killin ducks there, some ass clown with no respect or ethics will be there the next. So enjoy the opener.

Gameover is correct. What state is this blind in? Arkansas?

It is illegal in LA but over looked on the WMA I hunt. even the GW's have perm blinds. State land is legal but the property becomes public as you put it in.

By definition they are permanent. If you stand on plywood and leave it in the marsh or have a single or small 2x4/pvc frame that is left that is considered permanent. I'm not talking a decked out 10 man duck blind. Just like the wma rules say "you may not enter before 4am". ha if you show up to the landing at 4 your libel to be the last boat in the water.

down here in south la if you have anything "un-natural" then they will consider it permanent. I have seen some nice blinds build out of willow trees though. also ive seen gw bust someone hunting out of a 2x4 blind and given them tickets.

Willow limbs make some great blinds. So do roso's but you have to cut three islands to make one blind. The rules are funny. you can have as much unnatural stuff for you blind as you want but it must be removed within 2 hours of the end of the hunt.
