Guy that shot him said it was because he was a felon and didn't want to be caught with a gun. Scott's a super nice guy. He's in Shreveport with a neurosurgeon; scheduled for surgery tomorrow. In stable but serious condition and in a lot of pain. Bullet lodged near his spine and he can't move his legs. Send prayers his way. |

I had a neighbor who was an agent when I lived in Zachary, la. He was killed a few years back the same way. This country is on the verge of a civil war with all the shit going on. Drives me nuts |

Let's see. 5 year minimum for felon in possession or life for shooting a LEO.? Btw, a HANO police officer was shot and killed while working a detail while he was driving in his marked unit last night bIt appears to be a cold blood hit against LE. There has been a shit load of officer involved shootings in the NOLa metro area over the last 2 months. Coincidence? I think not......Obama and his administration have emboldened criminals and he has blood on his hands. |

Can't make sense out stuff like this. I saw the news on the HANO officer shooting; sad times. On a positive note, Scott's surgery went as expected (Dr Nanda performed it) and now it's on to healing to see what his recovery will bring in terms of feeling and mobility. |

The pres has promoted resistance to be shown towards law enforcement officers. This shooting should be charged to the criminal that shot , the pres and all the brain dead sob's that voted for him. |
