Well I'm embarrassed to say but I sold him my excursion yesterday and we counted out the money and was talking and I missed that it was $1000 short. All of the sudden he was in a big hurry to leave. I should've known but I got hornswoggled, my bad. Couple hours later he called me and I thought "maybe this guy is going to come clean" lol nope he want to talk about how he could sell the truck for a lot more but was going to give it to his sister because he was so rich. What an asshole! He owns a huge landscape business and is loaded! Why he has to sting someone is beyond me, probably gets off on it. I'll never see the money but I'll be okay but he's a scumbag and probably always will be. My bad for being a trusting dumbass. But I've seen his kind before and thing won't work out for him in the long run. Here's his web page

Wish I could help you but you're in Florida. You think it was a mistake or intentional. If intentional, he committed a fraud. It might be worth the effort to talk to a local sheriff's detective to help "smooth" this out for you. It will at least inconvenience and worry him enough to come up with the money, maybe. I would highly recommend you not solicit prank or threatening calls to him. You want to have clean hands on your side.

Frog. Lesson one. Count money before. Trust no one with transactions. Not even banks they mess up

Lesson 2 Title was it don correctly if not call local authorities report it stolen. I did that with a gun I got burnt on made the sale he said he would meet me at the gun store to do paper work. I called him and told him he has 30 days or I will report it stolen
