 Shallow Water Boat Association: Directors Insurance Ok, so we are ready to begin formal operations. First things first, we need a sponsor to step up or share the expense for directors liability insurance...around $750 per year with a $1 million in coverage. Without this no one will be willing to be on the board of directors. Please pass the word around to the corporate sponsors on here and have them contact me with their pledges for this.
Once we have insuarnce in place we'll have an organizational meeting to discuss:
1. Mission
2. Budget
3. Operational details
4. Delegation of tasks: Website and social media content
If we manage to get through all of that we'll be on our way to having a useful tool to promote the recreational use of mudmotors.
