
Ploy - Planar customer service and warrantee work order??
In September my Poly- Planar 400 went stopped working all together so I sent it in, under warrantee to get fixed.
The first month they told me they were waiting on an order to come in, and then they stated they were waiting on a shipment from China that would come in at the last part of November. November comes and goes and now it should come sometime to the end of December.
Here’s my question, I have been without the amp since September, and I jokingly asked if I could get a free T-shirt for my wait, to which I was abruptly told they didn’t have any.
We have always used Poly-planar and I have never used anything else however am I wrong to feel a little jilted at the customer service? I don’t feel that it should take three months to replace a unit. I have sent two emails stating this and crickets? At this point I’m pretty upset and am thinking I should be compensated in some way.
Anyone else experience this issue with returns or service?
