Atlantis gets my vote also! I liked the Bahamas better than any of the Virgin Islands. Nassau is a fun place! |

Atlantis is a good time. We went a couple times and it was fun even though I do not gamble. The cost for food and drinks is crazy stupid but there are ways around it. I would also plan on staying on the resort unless you like getting screwed over by the locals at every turn lol |

Given the issue with the seaweed on shore the last couple of years in Mexico, we went to Jamiaca last year with our kids, 13 and 17 and they loved it. The water is crystal clear and the beach was natural, fish everywhere, you can snorkel the reef right in front of the resort or they can hang at the waterpark in the resort. Jewel Runaway Bay is where we stayed, about an hour or so north of the airport. Lots to do there, we took the kids in the mountains to waterfalls and cliffs to jump from as well, if you go you need to visit the Blue Hole, google it, the kids loved it. |

I don't recommend the Dominican republic. I've been all over the Caribbean and it's the ugliest place I've seen. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Do the BVI. It's like the Disney version of cruising. Moorings in every harbor so no anchoring. Deep water everywhere. Easy. |

Take your sonar outta your duck boat and pack it in the suitcase It's simple. get a mud motor. shoot ducks in the face. |

I like the BVI idea, but have zero desire to sail a boat. Most of the Bahamas are nice. Jamaica will never get a second visit from me. It was nice inside the Sandals compound though. Not much life on their reefs. The locals have pretty much plundered, pillaged, and raped the near shore reefs. When the advertisement for their deep sea fishing has a dude holding a barracuda on the flier you know it is going to suck. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

Get a power cat and just motor around... Check out the moorings company / vacations. We did a sail boat but plenty were utilizing power cats. |

I have done powerboats from the Moorings as well as sail. Still fun. I have also done this with kids so don't think the above bar stories means it is not a great place for kids. There is snorkeling, swimming, diving, you can get kayaks/paddle boards to bring on the big boat, exploring the Baths, etc.. I spent the better part of two summers in the Caribbean on boats and loved every minute of it. |

Beaches Turks and Caicos best vacation we have ever taken. In a few years we will probably do the British Virgin Island bareboat charter |
