 Bearded Dragon
Anyone ever had or does have one? Went to the pet store earlier this week for dog food and left with a baby bearded dragon..I wanted a snake but the gf said hell no..lol so we got a dragon instead. Don't know a whole lot about them other than hearing people here and there saying they are really good pets. Im pretty positive its a girl and her name is Lulu, if not poor guy is stuck with that name lol. She's about 8" long now, supposed to be 18-24" within a year or so. Its crazy how fast they go to sleep. Litteraly asleep within a minute of the lights go out every time..

 Re: Bearded Dragon
I've had a few over the years, they are pretty cool. Got my son one last year for his birthday and he loves it. They stay very laid back, unlike most other types of lizards that tend to get aggressive as they get older

 Re: Bearded Dragon
Yeah that's what I've heard about them. I can pretty much do whatever with her and it don't bother her any at all. I've done quite a bit of reading on them and have yet to read anywhere that talked about one being aggressive. Pretty laid back and easy going pets. She definitely made her self comfortable real quick!

 Re: Bearded Dragon
Just givin you a hard time man. those lizards are pretty cool, my good buddy's brother had those things for years. Some would hang out on your chest like yours is doing. A couple he had were mean as shit and would do their damndest to take a finger off when you dropped crickets in the cage. I unwillingly adopted a ball python from a friend in college and it was pretty cool. Only thing that sucked is I never got to watch him eat a mouse. He would let those things walk around in his terrarium (or whatever it's called) for days and it never failed that I would wake up one morning and the mouse would be gone and the snake had a lump about halfway down his body.

 Re: Bearded Dragon
I had a few of them in the past, I used to breed Ball pythons and my wife enjoyed the Beardies. They are great pets, like any reptile the more you hold them the better. Once they reach full adulthood you can feed them mice and that shit is awesome!!!! I only had 1 male I had rescued that had a bad attitude but all my others were great. Only negative thing is when they shit it has a HORRIFIC smell. You will learn that once it gets older lol.

 Re: Bearded Dragon
Yeah I've come to notice that...lol I never would thought a lizard would be so laid back and calm like this one is. If I hold her for about 5 minutes she'll fall asleep where ever she's at. And if I put her down her crazy ass run cracks me up
