Hell yeah! I once stopped a car for crossing the center line on a highway early in the morning or late in the night if you prefer. Upon approaching the vehicle I could smell the strong odor of burning Marijuana. I approached the vehicle on the passenger side. The driver did not see me coming up on the passenger side. He flicked the lit hand rolled cigarette out the passenger side. The doobie landed on a leaf. The funny thing was the bush had about three leaves total on it.
